These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Keeper mobile application ("App") developed by Rayand Apps ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Keeper, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Keeper is a personal productivity app that helps you track promises, commitments, debts, favors, and time-based counters. The App provides features including commitment creation, list organization, deadline reminders, iMessage sharing, data sync via iCloud, and — for connected accounts — automatic extraction of commitments from email.
You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
Free Tier: Keeper offers a free tier with limited features (up to 5 lists and 25 commitments). Free tier limits may be adjusted via remote configuration.
Pro Subscription: Unlocks unlimited lists and commitments, widgets, recurring commitments, statistics, smart reminders, people insights, custom tags, export, shared lists, themes, and more.
AI Subscription: Includes all Pro features plus AI-powered email commitment extraction, priority support, and additional AI features as released.
Pricing: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Current pricing is always displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Free Trials: If offered, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon subscribing.
Keeper offers an optional email connector that automatically identifies actionable commitments in your inbox. Connecting an email account is entirely voluntary. By connecting your Gmail account you:
You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time in Settings → Connected Accounts. Upon disconnection, we will stop fetching emails and delete your stored OAuth credentials within 7 days. You can also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We do not access the full body content of any email. Our use of Gmail data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy. Gmail data is used only to provide this feature within Keeper and is never sold or shared with third parties.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Keeper (commitments, lists, comments, tags). You are solely responsible for the content you create. We do not monitor, review, or endorse user content.
By using shared lists, you grant other participants the ability to view commitments and receive notifications within that shared list.
You agree not to:
Keeper, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is owned by Rayand Apps and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data is primarily stored on your device and in your iCloud account. We store minimal data in Firebase as described in our Privacy Policy.
Keeper uses Apple iCloud to sync your data across devices. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud outages, account issues, or storage limitations. We recommend keeping your iCloud account in good standing.
The App may send push notifications for commitment deadlines, reminders, and shared list activity. You can control notification preferences within the App and iOS Settings.
Keeper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Keeper is a personal tracking tool. It does not constitute a legal agreement, contract, or enforceable promise between you and any other person. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from promises or debts tracked in the App.
AI-generated commitment suggestions from email are provided for convenience only. They may be incorrect or incomplete. We make no warranty as to their accuracy and you are solely responsible for reviewing suggestions before accepting them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayand Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rayand Apps from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rayand Apps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Keeper — приложение для личной продуктивности, помогающее отслеживать обещания, обязательства, долги, услуги и счётчики с дедлайнами. Приложение предоставляет функции создания обязательств, организации списков, напоминаний, обмена через iMessage, синхронизации через iCloud, а также — для подключённых аккаунтов — автоматического извлечения обязательств из электронной почты.
Вы можете войти с помощью «Вход с Apple». Вы несёте ответственность за безопасность своего Apple ID и любые действия, совершённые под вашей учётной записью.
Бесплатный план: Keeper предлагает бесплатный план с ограниченными функциями (до 5 списков и 25 обязательств). Лимиты могут корректироваться удалённо.
Подписка Pro: Открывает неограниченные списки и обязательства, виджеты, повторяющиеся обязательства, статистику, умные напоминания, аналитику по людям, пользовательские теги, экспорт, общие списки, темы и многое другое.
Подписка AI: Включает все функции Pro плюс извлечение обязательств из email с помощью ИИ, приоритетную поддержку и дополнительные AI-функции по мере выхода.
Цены: Подписки доступны на ежемесячной или годовой основе. Актуальные цены всегда отображаются в Приложении перед покупкой. Цены могут варьироваться по регионам.
Оплата: Подписки оплачиваются через ваш Apple ID. Оплата списывается при подтверждении покупки. Подписки автоматически продлеваются, если не отменены не менее чем за 24 часа до окончания текущего периода.
Отмена: Вы можете управлять подпиской или отменить её в любое время через настройки Apple ID (Настройки › Apple ID › Подписки). Отмена вступает в силу по окончании текущего расчётного периода. Возврат за неполный период не производится.
Бесплатный пробный период: Если предлагается, бесплатный пробный период автоматически переходит в платную подписку, если не отменён до его окончания.
Keeper предлагает опциональный коннектор электронной почты, который автоматически выявляет обязательства в вашем почтовом ящике. Подключение почтового аккаунта полностью добровольно. Подключая аккаунт Gmail, вы:
Вы можете отключить аккаунт Gmail в любое время в Настройки → Подключённые аккаунты. После отключения мы прекратим получение писем и удалим ваши сохранённые OAuth-учётные данные в течение 7 дней. Вы также можете отозвать доступ напрямую на myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Мы не получаем доступ к полному содержимому ни одного письма. Наше использование данных Gmail регулируется Политикой Google API Services по данным пользователей. Данные Gmail используются только для предоставления этой функции в Keeper и никогда не продаются и не передаются третьим лицам.
Вы сохраняете право собственности на весь контент, созданный в Keeper (обязательства, списки, комментарии, теги). Вы несёте полную ответственность за создаваемый контент. Мы не отслеживаем, не проверяем и не одобряем пользовательский контент.
Используя общие списки, вы разрешаете другим участникам просматривать обязательства и получать уведомления в рамках этого списка.

Keeper, включая дизайн, код, графику, иконки и контент, принадлежит Rayand Apps и защищён законами об авторских правах и интеллектуальной собственности.
Использование Приложения также регулируется нашей Политикой конфиденциальности. Ваши данные хранятся преимущественно на устройстве и в iCloud.
Keeper использует Apple iCloud для синхронизации данных. Мы не несём ответственности за потерю данных из-за сбоев iCloud, проблем с аккаунтом или ограничений хранилища.
Приложение может отправлять push-уведомления о дедлайнах обязательств, напоминаниях и активности в общих списках. Вы можете управлять уведомлениями в настройках Приложения и iOS.
Keeper предоставляется «как есть» и «по мере доступности» без каких-либо гарантий. Мы не гарантируем бесперебойную или безошибочную работу Приложения.
Keeper — инструмент для личного учёта. Он не является юридическим соглашением или обязывающим обещанием между вами и другим лицом. Мы не несём ответственности за споры, возникающие в связи с обязательствами, отслеживаемыми в Приложении.
Предложения обязательств, сгенерированные ИИ на основе писем, предоставляются исключительно для удобства. Они могут быть неточными или неполными. Мы не даём никаких гарантий их точности, и вы несёте полную ответственность за проверку предложений перед их принятием.
В максимальной степени, допускаемой законом, Rayand Apps не несёт ответственности за косвенные, случайные, особые или штрафные убытки. Наша совокупная ответственность не превышает сумму, уплаченную вами за Приложение за 12 месяцев, предшествующих претензии.
Вы соглашаетесь возместить Rayand Apps любые убытки, возникшие в результате вашего использования Приложения или нарушения настоящих Условий.
Мы оставляем за собой право приостановить или прекратить ваш доступ к Приложению в любое время за нарушение Условий.
Мы можем обновлять настоящие Условия. Продолжение использования Приложения после изменений означает принятие обновлённых Условий. О существенных изменениях мы уведомим через Приложение.
Помимо настоящих Условий, использование Приложения регулируется Стандартным лицензионным соглашением Apple (EULA).
Настоящие Условия регулируются и толкуются в соответствии с законодательством юрисдикции, в которой действует Rayand Apps.
