These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PromiseKeeper mobile application ("App") developed by Rayand Apps ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using PromiseKeeper, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
PromiseKeeper is a personal productivity app that helps you track promises, debts, favors, and time-based counters. The App provides features including counter creation, list organization, deadline reminders, iMessage sharing, and data sync via iCloud.
You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
Free Tier: PromiseKeeper offers a free tier with limited features (up to 5 lists and 25 counters). Free tier limits may be adjusted via remote configuration.
Pro Subscription: Unlocks unlimited lists and counters, widgets, recurring counters, statistics, smart reminders, people insights, custom tags, export, shared lists, themes, and more.
Pricing: Pro is available as a monthly ($2.99/month) or annual ($24.99/year) auto-renewable subscription. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the App before purchase.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Free Trials: If offered, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon subscribing.
You retain ownership of all content you create in PromiseKeeper (counters, lists, comments, tags). You are solely responsible for the content you create. We do not monitor, review, or endorse user content.
By using shared lists, you grant other participants the ability to view counters and receive notifications within that shared list.
You agree not to:
PromiseKeeper, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is owned by Rayand Apps and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data is primarily stored on your device and in your iCloud account. We store minimal data in Firebase as described in our Privacy Policy.
PromiseKeeper uses Apple iCloud to sync your data across devices. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud outages, account issues, or storage limitations. We recommend keeping your iCloud account in good standing.
The App may send push notifications for counter deadlines, reminders, and shared list activity. You can control notification preferences within the App and iOS Settings.
PromiseKeeper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
PromiseKeeper is a personal tracking tool. It does not constitute a legal agreement, contract, or enforceable promise between you and any other person. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from promises or debts tracked in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayand Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rayand Apps from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rayand Apps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Настоящие Условия использования («Условия») регулируют использование мобильного приложения PromiseKeeper («Приложение»), разработанного Rayand Apps («мы», «наш», «нас»). Загружая или используя Приложение, вы соглашаетесь с настоящими Условиями.
Используя PromiseKeeper, вы подтверждаете, что вам не менее 13 лет, и соглашаетесь соблюдать настоящие Условия. Если вы не согласны, пожалуйста, не используйте Приложение.
PromiseKeeper — приложение для личной продуктивности, помогающее отслеживать обещания, долги, услуги и счётчики с дедлайнами. Приложение предоставляет функции создания счётчиков, организации списков, напоминаний, обмена через iMessage и синхронизации через iCloud.
Вы можете войти с помощью «Вход с Apple». Вы несёте ответственность за безопасность своего Apple ID и любые действия, совершённые под вашей учётной записью.
Бесплатный план: PromiseKeeper предлагает бесплатный план с ограниченными функциями (до 5 списков и 25 счётчиков). Лимиты могут корректироваться удалённо.
Подписка Pro: Открывает неограниченные списки и счётчики, виджеты, повторяющиеся счётчики, статистику, умные напоминания, аналитику по людям, пользовательские теги, экспорт, общие списки, темы и многое другое.
Цены: Pro доступен как ежемесячная ($2.99/мес.) или годовая ($24.99/год) автообновляемая подписка. Цены могут варьироваться по регионам и могут измениться. Актуальные цены всегда отображаются в Приложении перед покупкой.
Оплата: Подписки оплачиваются через ваш Apple ID. Оплата списывается при подтверждении покупки. Подписки автоматически продлеваются, если не отменены не менее чем за 24 часа до окончания текущего периода.
Отмена: Вы можете управлять подпиской или отменить её в любое время через настройки Apple ID (Настройки > Apple ID > Подписки). Отмена вступает в силу по окончании текущего расчётного периода. Возврат за неполный период не производится.
Бесплатный пробный период: Если предлагается, бесплатный пробный период автоматически переходит в платную подписку, если не отменён до его окончания.
Вы сохраняете право собственности на весь контент, созданный в PromiseKeeper. Вы несёте полную ответственность за создаваемый контент. Мы не отслеживаем, не проверяем и не одобряем пользовательский контент.
Используя общие списки, вы разрешаете другим участникам просматривать счётчики и получать уведомления в рамках этого списка.
Вы обязуетесь не:
PromiseKeeper, включая дизайн, код, графику, иконки и контент, принадлежит Rayand Apps и защищён законами об авторских правах и интеллектуальной собственности.
Использование Приложения также регулируется нашей Политикой конфиденциальности. Ваши данные хранятся преимущественно на устройстве и в iCloud.
PromiseKeeper использует Apple iCloud для синхронизации данных. Мы не несём ответственности за потерю данных из-за сбоев iCloud, проблем с аккаунтом или ограничений хранилища.
Приложение может отправлять push-уведомления о дедлайнах, напоминаниях и активности в общих списках. Вы можете управлять уведомлениями в настройках Приложения и iOS.
PromiseKeeper предоставляется «как есть» и «по мере доступности» без каких-либо гарантий. Мы не гарантируем бесперебойную или безошибочную работу Приложения.
PromiseKeeper — инструмент для личного учёта. Он не является юридическим соглашением или обязывающим обещанием между вами и другим лицом.
В максимальной степени, допускаемой законом, Rayand Apps не несёт ответственности за косвенные, случайные, особые или штрафные убытки. Наша совокупная ответственность не превышает сумму, уплаченную вами за Приложение за 12 месяцев, предшествующих претензии.
Вы соглашаетесь возместить Rayand Apps любые убытки, возникшие в результате вашего использования Приложения или нарушения настоящих Условий.
Мы оставляем за собой право приостановить или прекратить ваш доступ к Приложению в любое время за нарушение Условий.
Мы можем обновлять настоящие Условия. Продолжение использования Приложения после изменений означает принятие обновлённых Условий.
Помимо настоящих Условий, использование Приложения регулируется Стандартным лицензионным соглашением Apple (EULA).
Настоящие Условия регулируются и толкуются в соответствии с законодательством юрисдикции, в которой действует Rayand Apps.
